Items that are to be returned must have the shipping pre-paid by the customer unless otherwise arranged in writing by us. Any questions or returns must be in writing and approved by us BEFORE items are returned or items and/or shipping charges will not be credited back to the customer. 

There are absolutely NO returns accepted on DVDs once the package has been opened, except for damaged discs. Any and all exchanges will be  the same title. No exchanges for other titles.
