This gorgeous 70 SS 396 belongs to Tony Crusco from South Bay. It had a 396 in it that just wasn't "gettin' it", so Tony brought it to us and out came that old 396 (to be saved in his garage) and in went one of our 550HP 454's, along with a new set of ceramic coated headers and a few outer bolt-on's to compliment the new power plant. The tranny was a little tired as well, so we gave it a complete rebuild while it was here too, as well as a new HD clutch assembly and a few other goodies. Now it runs like a champ and has enough power to shred the tires for as long as you're crazy enough to keep your foot on the throttle. Tony said he's having a great time with it, and that's what it's all about!
