This absolutely gorgeous 62 SS Impala convertible belongs to Jens Dalsgaard of Marin. It came in to the shop and we gave it a serious upgrading with new power disc brakes, new power steering, a completely new suspension including all new poly graphite bushings, front and rear sway bars and all sorts of other goodies along the way. We also installed one of our killer 383 roller strokers mated to a new TH-350 tranny. This car is driven daily and it goes as good as it looks!

This is what Jens had to say about his car's performance, plus a little blurb about another car running one of our engines out at the track; Arron -you'll be proud to know the '62 Impala ran an easy 13.75 (at Sears Point Raceway) before being thrown out for running UNDER the 14 sec max for rag tops. The crowd loved the car.....
