Bad-Ass Ford Engine Gallery

Each engine is built specifically for each application. There are no rules at BAD-ASS Racing as far as what you can or can't run on the street, only weenies play by those rules! We didn't get our "BAD-ASS" reputation by building weenie engines!

Engine Prices

We don't have specific prices because we don't pre-build specific engines. Each engine is CUSTOM BUILT to your requirements, therefore each engine will have a slightly different price.

Bad Ass Racing Engines only builds select high performance FORD and CHEVY engines for cars, trucks and boats. As you can see below, we build carbureted, fuel injected, blown and/or nitrous oxide engines for both street and strip use, including small blocks, big blocks and strokers in all shapes and sizes for bad to the bone street cars, street/strip cars, weekend warriors, road racing, SCCA, vintage racers, auto cross, BOATS, and many other performance applications.

Keep in mind, what you see below is only a tiny fraction of what we've built over the past 30 or so years. Also, be sure to check out our TECH TIPS page for numerous answers pertaining to engines, prices and installations.

In each description you'll find an average cost of that particular type & style of engine. You can use that for a round about idea of what something like that would cost. Of course ANY engine price can vary depending on the quality & type of the parts in it. We don't build "cheap" engines with low quality components like many other places will. Just know that all of the parts we use are high quality, high strength NAME BRAND parts.

As with anything, you pay for strength, quality and workmanship! Engines are just like tools. Good, high quality tools aren't cheap because they're strong and the fit and finish is nice, just like our engines.

On the other hand, cheap tools are cheap because they're weak, the fit and finish sucks, and they break, just like most cheap crate engines. If you're looking for a "cheap" engine, this isn't the place you should be looking. We don't build "cheap" engines.
Just remember... you get what you pay for!
