41 Woody

41 Woody

This cool '41 Ford Woody belongs to Bruce Cohn, owner of BR Cohn Winery and long time manager of the Doobie Brothers. It's a neat little woody with a TPI 350 and 700R4 tucked under the hood. We do modifications, upgrades and maintenance on most of his hot rods. This little beauty drives as good as it looks!

The cool story behind this particular car is that it belonged to the US Consulate in the Philippines. The Doobie Brothers were on tour there one time back in the 80s and were hauled around in this car while there. General Patton also rode in this car among other famous wartime heroes and celebrities of that time. Bruce loved the car and asked if it was for sale and the next thing you know, it's on its way back to Sonoma California where Bruce lives. It has since been fully restored and is used as a run around vehicle for his winery.
