Road Race 69 Camaro

Road Race 69 Camaro

This beautiful and impressive 69 Camaro is set up for the road course and for autocross racing. It came in for a powerful yet reliable 350 engine build, and that's exactly what we gave him. The engine we built is a 350 4 bolt main block fitted with ARP main studs, a forged 4340 Scat crank, forged lightweight 4340 Scat I beam rods, Speed Pro forged pistons. The rotating asembly is fully balanced. It also has iron ductile / plasma moly rings, Clevite H series bearings, a hot little custom ground hydraulic roller cam with light weight transfer bar roller lifters, Edelbrock Victor Jr, aluminum heads, chrome moly push rods, roller rockers, a port matched Victor Jr. intake manifold topped of with a Quick Fuel carb. It also got a 3,000 RPM stall converter. The throttle response is instant and even though this car isn't set up for drag racing, at the locat Infenion Raceway drag strip, it peeled off a very respectable 12.07 quarter mile time at 108 MPH.

The chassis under this thing is absolutely beautiful. If you look close you can see the nice sub frame connectors. All of the suspension has been converted to tubular a-arms, coil overs, etc. This thing plants you in the seat and sticks to the road like glue.
